Glproformula is a retail desk, not a manufacturer. It buys the product, sells it, answers for the order and handles the return. It did not formulate the capsule, it did not make it and it did not test it, and no sentence on this website should be read as if it had.

That distinction is the reason this desk publishes its own order records, its own lot reference and its own returns address rather than borrowing the seller’s. It also sets the boundary of what these terms can promise: the purchase, the delivery and the refund.

Using this website means accepting the terms on this page. Anyone who does not accept them should not place an order, and nothing here asks for agreement to be given twice.

An order is placed at the checkout. Adding a pack to a cart is not an order, and reaching the payment page is not an order either. The order exists once the payment is taken and the confirmation email is sent — and that email carries the order ID everything afterwards depends on.

Every order is paid once. There is no subscription, no rebilling, no automatic reorder and no trial that converts into one, which is the single most useful thing to know about this category before handing over a card.

An order can be declined. A payment that does not clear, an address that cannot be delivered to or a pack that is out of stock are all reasons an order may not complete, and in each case the money is not taken or is returned in full.

The struck figures — $358, $537 and $1,074 — are the seller’s own comparison prices. This desk has never seen GLPro sell at them, so the gap is not published here as a saving.

Every order carries 60 days from the date of purchase in which to ask for the money back. The window runs on the purchase date rather than the delivery date, and it is the same on a two-bottle order as on a six.

Return postage is the buyer’s, the parcel has to carry the full name, the email address on the order and the order ID, and a tracked service is strongly advised because an untracked parcel that does not arrive cannot be credited.

The refund is issued three to five business days after the return is credited and then takes a further five to ten days to appear on the card. The full procedure, the returns address and the two timings are on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

The pages here are for reading and for ordering. They may be quoted with attribution and linked to freely, and they may not be copied wholesale, republished, scraped for a competing product page or passed off as another desk’s work.
